Zone Meals from the Doctor's Lounge

1. These are about 250-350 Calories designed using the Plate Method.

2. Do 3 of these a day plus 1-2 Zone Bars and you will lose weight.

3. Remember, you can have all the salad veggies you want, lettuce, radish, celery, cucumber etc with olive oil, vinegar or lemon on the salad.

4. Your drink is water or unsweetened green tea or something like that.

5. There are a few bad ones mixed in here!
