“Ability is of little account without opportunity.”-Bonaparte.  Thank you to Dr. Christian for recognizing my abilities and offering me a great opportunity in April of 2007.  Being a part of the team at Inside Outside has been an extremely valuable professionally and personally.

 Every member who walks through Inside Outside’s door is so unique and kind.  I want to thank each of you for allowing me to train you.  Let me tell you, the vast majority of you possess very driven, focused, and powerful personalities. I considered myself fortunate when you allowed me to push you toward “metabolic devastation.” (As Dr. Christian so eloquently puts it!!) You are a truly incredible group of people.

Thank you to Dr. Christian for giving so freely of the knowledge that he has worked so tirelessly to attain.  On many occasions Dr. Christian would give very thorough explanations to my questions. He gives answers, which I am sure any medical student would feel lucky to soak up.  The education that Dr. Christian offers to us all is one of great relevance and undeniable truth.  We must take care of our bodies inside and out.  You know, there are only a handful of doctors who hold the wisdom and conviction that Dr. Christian does.  And I am saddened that I will no longer get the chance to observe him… but you guys and gals do.  So listen closely, ask lots of questions, and make permanent changes in your lives!  It’s the chance of a life time.

Dr. Christian put a fantastic memory book together as a farewell gift to me.  It’s too great!! I want to share it, so I am keeping it in the waiting room for the next week or so.  Please pick it up, flip through it, and enjoy! You’re sure to get a few laughs I know I did!
